The SK300 (also marketed as Biolis 30i) is a fully automated, random-access benchtop clinical chemistry analyzer supplied by Sekisui Medical and made in Japan. It suits district hospital laboratories and polyclinics, and works well as a backup system for mid-sized labs. Besides routine chemistry, it runs HbA1c with automatic whole-blood hemolysis, turbidimetric immunoassays such as CRP, and Na/K/Cl when the optional ISE module is fitted. Semi-disposable plastic cuvettes, air-pressure mixing and separate probes for sample, R1 and R2 help limit carry-over.

The PICTUS 700 is a fully automated, random-access floor-standing clinical chemistry analyzer from Diatron with a compact footprint. It delivers up to 600 photometric tests per hour and up to 720 tests per hour in total with the optional ISE module, making it a good fit for provincial and private hospital laboratories with medium to high workloads. A 95-position continuously loaded sample area, 72 cooled reagent positions and a true STAT mode support uninterrupted routine operation. It does not require a fixed connection to laboratory plumbing, which simplifies installation.

Its compact benchtop design, closed-tube cap piercing and optional 100-tube autoloader suit district and provincial hospital labs as well as polyclinics. It uses only three reagents, with a cyanide-free lyse.

With up to 400 tests per hour, continuous rack loading and two dedicated STAT lanes, it fits provincial and central hospital laboratories and high-volume reference labs. Optional closed-tube sampling (cap piercing) allows aspiration directly from capped tubes for better biosafety.

Each sample takes about 35 seconds, and the unit weighs only about 8 kg with a built-in thermal printer.
